Michigan DECA proudly boasts a series of informative, interactive and educational conferences for our members to attend throughout the year. These conferences are designed to prepare high school students for careers related to marketing, management and entrepreneurship. We have had a high success rate with these conferences as a result of careful joint planning by educators and business professionals. A key element for the students is information being delivered to them in a fun filled interactive atmosphere with a group of their peers. Educators agree that by taking students out of the classroom and putting them in the center of all the action, students not only learn more, but they also learn better than normal. |
State Leadership Conference
Interested student leaders gather to learn about management in fields they're passionate about. Students also receive leadership and teambuilding training.

Michigan DECA's biggest event! Students compete with fellow DECA members from all over Michigan for the right to represent the State of Michigan at DECA's International Career Development Conference.

International Career Development Conference
The culminating event for any DECA member. They've earned the right to join over 13,000 fellow DECA members and say that they are the best that their state has to offer. Now they compete for the right to say that they're the best of the best in the world!
