Viewing a PDF
Follow the instructions below to download and view the PDF files:
1) If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat PDF reader, download and install a free copy at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html Versions are available for most platforms.
2) Choose one of the PDF documents from the list above that you would like to download.
3) Open and view the PDF file with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
4) If you're unable to open it, try a right click on the link and do a "file -> save as".

Using E-Forms
Place your cursor inside the form or select the hand tool. Positionthe pointer on a form field (where text is to be entered), and click. The I-beam pointer allows you to type text. After entering text or selecting an item, do one of the following:

• Press Tab to accept the form field change and go to the next form field
• Press Shift+Tab to accept the form field change and go to the previous form field.
• Press Enter to accept the form field change and deselect the current form field.
• Press Escape to reject the form field change and deselect the current form field.
• If you are in Full Screen mode, pressing Escape a second time causes you to exit Full Screen mode.

Once you have filled in the appropriate form fields, do the following:

• Print form.
• Mail or fax form and any necessary attachments.
• Hitting the 'Go Back' button, or following a link in the browser window does not clear a form.
•To save your file you will need to look for the floppy disk icon in the Acrobat toolbar.
• The File Save and File Save as commands will not work
