New York City Marketing Conference

Each year, Michigan DECA members can travel to the New York City Marketing Conference for an opportunity to explore a career track in the Financial, Advertising, Hospitality, Fashion or Sports and Entertainment industries. Over the course of the five day conference, students work in close cooperation with representatives of the New York business community and have the opportunity to become personally acquainted with leaders in American business while learning what it takes to succeed in each career track.

You may have heard that there is a stage hands strike in NYC.  We have been assured that if we are not able to see a show, that we will receive a full refund.  The challenge is that we will have to wait for a refund. 

Thanks for your patience, lets hope for an early end to the strike.

Michigan DECA will be seeing two shows in NYC
Legally Blonde the Musical Thursday 8:00 p.m.

Michigan DECA has two group meal functions including
Wednesday, Dinner Cruise 7:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sal Anthony's SPQR - 11:30am

In addition to the two group meals Michigan DECA has also included
Hard Rock Cafe Meal Voucher
McDonalds Gift Certificates (for lunch on career tracks)

Also included in this years New York City Conference is a ticket to the top of New York City at the
Empire State Building Observatory
